Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 2026. We want this website to be usable comfortably no matter how you browse it: with a mouse, with a keyboard, with a screen reader, with tired eyes, or from your phone out on the street. This page explains what we've done about that and how to let us know if something isn't working.
1. Our commitment
This statement is not an official certificate of WCAG conformance, but an honest summary of the accessibility measures we have actively applied in the design and development of the website, and of what still remains to be done. We follow the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as our reference.
2. What we have checked and applied
Color contrast. The site's text, in both light and dark mode, has been verified against the W3C's real contrast formula. In the combinations reviewed we get ratios of 7:1 and 13:1, well above the 4.5:1 minimum that level AA requires for normal text.
Keyboard navigation. The menus, the light/dark theme switch and the pop-up windows (such as the client app access) can be used entirely with the keyboard, including the Escape key to close them. In the case of app access, focus is trapped inside the window while it's open and automatically returns to the button that opened it when it closes, so you don't lose your place on the page.
Alt text on images. Photographs with informative content carry a description (the alt attribute) in Spanish; purely decorative ones are marked as such so a screen reader doesn't announce them unnecessarily.
Semantic structure. Headings (h1–h4), buttons, links and forms use the HTML tags that correspond to them, instead of faking their appearance with generic elements — this lets screen readers and other assistive technologies interpret the page correctly.
Reduced motion. If your device has the operating system's "reduce motion" preference turned on, this website automatically disables decorative animations (water ripples, light patterns, transitions) and keeps only the essentials.
Responsive design. The website has been tested on mobile, tablet and desktop screens so that content reflows correctly instead of getting cut off or overlapping.
3. Known limitations
Some documents or services linked from this website (such as Google's reCAPTCHA form or the embedded map) belong to third parties, and their accessibility does not depend directly on us. We continue to review the site periodically to detect and fix any barriers we may have overlooked.
4. Found an accessibility barrier?
If while using this website you come across something you can't use properly because of an accessibility issue, let us know. We commit to reviewing it and getting back to you with a response or an alternative within a reasonable time.
