Our pool maintenance services

Weekly or fortnightly visits, depending on what your pool needs. On every visit we check and adjust chlorine and pH, clean skimmers and pre-filter baskets, backwash the filter when it's due, and check that the pump and other equipment are working properly. Every visit is logged, so you can always see what was done and when.

We measure chlorine, pH and alkalinity on every visit with calibrated equipment, and dose the product just enough to keep the water in range, without excess or skimping. If we detect anything out of the ordinary (cloudy water, chloramines, early algae), we act that same day instead of waiting for the next visit.

Installation, programming and maintenance of automatic pool cleaners and robotic cleaners, so your pool stays clean with much less effort on your part. We advise you on which model best fits the size and shape of your pool.

Leaks, level drops, pumps that won't start, saturated filters or faulty electrical panels: we diagnose quickly and give you a clear quote before touching anything. For emergencies, we respond within 24-48 hours.

From renewing the finish (mosaic tile, liner or paint) to upgrading the filtration system or switching to salt chlorination. We assess your pool on site and give you a detailed quote with timelines and what each item includes, before starting anything. Not sure if you need one? Check our guide on when to renovate your pool.

In spring we get the installation up and running after winter: a deep clean, equipment check and normalizing the water before the first swim. In autumn we do a responsible winterizing: shock treatment, covers and protecting pumps and filters from the cold. More details in our winterizing guide.

Lifeguards with official certification for residential communities, hotels and any pool for collective use, complying with Real Decreto 742/2013 (technical-sanitary criteria for pools) and Decreto 99/2024 of the Comunidad de Madrid. We manage shifts and cover so the pool is never left without coverage. Enquiries about this service: socorrismo@piscinasdemartinez.es. Access control, parcel reception, monitoring of common areas and direct attention to residents, with permanent staff. The concierge's check-in is logged with real-time geolocation from our digital platform, the same one we use to track lifeguards, so the board has real proof the service is being provided, not just someone's word for it.
