Whistleblowing Channel
An open channel for employees, clients or suppliers to report to us, with guaranteed confidentiality, any irregularity related to our activity.
1. What this channel is
The Piscinas D'Martinez Whistleblowing Channel is a communication channel open to employees, clients, suppliers and anyone who becomes aware of an irregularity related to our activity: legal breaches, breaches of professional ethics, or any conduct contrary to the values of accountability and transparency we try to apply in our daily work.
We offer this channel voluntarily, as a commitment to transparency, although due to the size of our company we are not legally required to have one under Ley 2/2023, de protección de las personas que informen sobre infracciones normativas (mandatory from 50 employees onward).
2. What can be reported
- Breaches of the regulations applicable to our activity (health, labour, pool safety, etc.).
- Conduct by our staff contrary to professional ethics or proper treatment of clients or colleagues.
- Irregularities in billing or in the provision of contracted services.
- Any other situation you believe the company's management should be aware of.
3. How to report an incident
You can do so through any of these channels:
- Dedicated email: info@piscinasdemartinez.es, stating "Whistleblowing Channel" in the subject line.
- In writing, addressed to Piscinas D'Martinez, for the attention of company management.
You can identify yourself or make the report anonymously. In either case, we will handle the information with the utmost discretion.
4. Guarantees for those reporting in good faith
- Confidentiality. The identity of the reporting person, if provided, will not be disclosed to third parties or to the person affected by the report, except where legally required.
- No retaliation. No client, supplier or employee will suffer any negative consequence for submitting a good-faith report through this channel.
- Diligent handling. Every report received will be reviewed by company management, who will assess what action to take on a case-by-case basis.
This channel does not replace existing official channels, such as the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.A.I.) or other competent public bodies, which you may also contact directly if you prefer.
