Work With Us

We're not trying to fill a headcount: we're looking for people who are a pleasure to work with and whom clients can trust from the very first visit. If that sounds like you, this is your chance.

What we're looking for

Three things matter more to us than your CV

Knowing how to do it right

We value knowing about pools, but above all wanting to do things carefully: a badly done job always ends up costing more in the long run.

Being a good teammate

Here everyone knows everyone. We're looking for someone you can talk to straight, who'll speak up if something's not going well, and who adds to the team rather than taking away from it.

Wanting to learn

The industry changes: salt chlorination, new equipment, new regulations. We're looking for someone who likes to learn, not someone who sticks to what they already know.

Why work at Piscinas D'Martinez

We're a small company, and for us that's an advantage: here you're not just a number. You work directly with Sergio, you really get to know every site, and you see the results of your work. You won't get lost among a hundred clients you'll never see again.

Compact working area: we operate around the south of Madrid, so you won't spend the whole day on the road.
Steady work, not just for summer: maintenance runs all year round, although extra help is needed in high season (lifeguards, technical support).
Our own equipment, properly kept: you won't turn up to a site without what you need to do your job well.
Direct communication: here you talk to the person who makes the decisions, not to an HR department.

Sound like a good fit? Get in touch directly

Tell us what your profile is (maintenance technician, lifeguard...) and your availability. If you have a CV or lifeguard qualification, attach it by email or send it over WhatsApp.
