How to play
With the page open, time runs fast: every minute is 2 hours of pool time. When you leave, it keeps running at real speed, so when you come back you’ll see how it has changed.
Chlorine is used up by heat, the midday sun and afternoon swimmers; the pH creeps up on its own; and leaves fall in. If the chlorine that actually works drops below 0.5 ppm, algae appear. A day counts as perfect if the water was right at least 80% of the time: chlorine between 0.5 and 2 ppm, pH between 7.2 and 7.6, no algae and hardly any leaves.
It’s a game using the same approximate model as our water lab and the real temperature in Humanes de Madrid. Your game is saved only in this browser.
