How it works
It is not an artificial intelligence that makes up answers: it searches what we have already written in our guides, section by section, and shows you the one that best fits your question. It understands variants (ask about "green water" and it also looks for "algae") and takes you right to that point in the guide.
If it cannot find it, it says so, and with one tap you can send us the question on WhatsApp.
Getting better results
- Ask one thing at a time: "why does it smell of chlorine?" rather than three questions together.
- Say what you see or what you want to do: "white water after adding chlorine", "lower the pH".
- If results are similar, check the ones under "This may also help".

Does a person answer me?
No: it shows you the section of our guides that best answers it. If you want to talk to us, there is a WhatsApp button under every answer.
Do you store my questions?
No. The search runs in your browser and the question is not sent to our server.
